Wiseled develops precision illumination and laser systems for defence and security applications - products that are integrated into weapon stations, surveillance platforms, vehicle systems and critical infrastructure protection architectures used by armed forces and security organisations across Europe and internationally.
We are a technically led company. Our work involves challenging engineering problems, close collaboration with major platform OEMs including Kongsberg, and direct engagement with defence procurement programmes. The team is small, the work is substantive and the growth trajectory is significant.
What we look for
We recruit people who are technically rigorous, self-directed and comfortable working across disciplines. Defence technology development requires precision, accountability and an understanding of the operational context that products are built for. We value those qualities over credentials.
Current areas of focus include optical and electrical engineering, systems integration, technical sales and programme management. We work in UK English and operate across Danish, European, and international programmes – language capability and international experience are assets.
